1. After install, Windows Task Manager tells me that there are 2 mp3enc processes running, using 10% CPU, even though I am not running this software. Norton System Works tells me that these processes are from this software. Rebooting the PC does not resolve the problem.

2. I uninstall this software and reinstall it. After reinstall, the software does not allow me to save the output in MP3 format. It works for WAV or some other format. But, MP3 is the real reason I buy the software.

3. I can confirm what rbennet9 wrote above that this company has a bad anti-customer attitude. You will not receive any support, unless you pay additional heavy fee; even though you just bought it for a month. Read carefully the wording about their support policy on their web and you can see the yourself their attibute. Also, read their forum for this WavePad software. [They have many forums for their products. I don't know about other products.]

4. The installation process also installs 26 other unrelated software into your Windows Start menu, making your Start menu getting so crowded. These unrelated software are tricks to make you buying more from this company. When clicking on those links in your Start menu, it downloads the software, it installs itself in your PC for trial for some days. In my opinion, this is un-ethic.

Almost impossible to register. Uncaring support staff will not help you. This is the worst registration process I've ever seen. This company has a bad Anti-customer attitude. Not worth the severe aggravation that you will go through.
